In the communication meeting, Zhou Dongjiao shared Inheriting harmonious and smart culture, building happy Far East. She shared talent building mechanism of Far East to visiting guests, as well as the exploration from aspect of enterprise cultural construction. By borrowing a classic famous sentence from an English poet Siegfried- “Be with fierce tiger in heart and smell rose carefully”, she stood at the angle in aesthetics and management to interpret the essence of enterprise culture work, namely, to change refined steel into soft winding around fingers, do some soft things under rigid environment, and achieve “be with rule on surface and confucianism in essence, combination of principle and accommodation”. She jumped out of the concept of traditional enterprise culture, revealed essential connotation, and received high identification from visiting guests.
Shen Yang affirmed the development achievements of Far East, gave high praise in the achievements of Far East from aspects such as enterprise cultural construction and party building working, and looked forward to wider and deeper cooperation in future enterprise culture working with Far East.
