Establishing a Long-term Effective Mechanism of Talent Exchange

On April 7, Director of Planning Department of Shanghai Meishan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Meishan Iron and Steel") Xie Changxia, and Deputy Director of MBA Education Center of Business School, Hohai University Qiu Chong, together with Meishan Iron and Steel’s "elite camp" class students, visited Far East for exchanging and studying. The visitors were received by investor and Vice General Manager of Far East Smarter Energy Co., Ltd. (abbreviation: Smarter Energy; stock code: 600869) as well as Chief Production Officer of cable industry Zhu Changbiao, Senior Director and Deputy Director of Finance Department of Smarter Energy Ouyang Jian, Deputy Director of the Office of the Board of Directors of Far East Holding Group Shao Liang, and Assistant to Director of Human Resources of Smarter Energy Wang Shuanshuan.

At the meeting, Zhu Changbiao expressed welcome for the visiting leaders. He introduced the development process ofFar East, and the industrial layout of Smarter Energy. He pointed out that the Group has been adhering to the "main business + investment" strategy, while the listed company- Smarter Energy- taking being a "smarter energy expert, or a smarter energy and intelligent city system service provider" as its development goal. During this process, the company will adhere to the quality and integrity commitment, actively build brand, and maintain internationalization path. He said that talents are the key for the company’s sustainable development, so the company is promoting the "Relay 100" project and talent cultivation program, to offer a talent guarantee to the future growth. Establishing a long-term mechanism of talents exchange with Meishan Iron and Steel will effectively broaden the talent cultivation channel for the two parties, and promote both sides in win-win cooperation. Subsequently, Wang Shuanshuan reported to the visiting leaders on the talent training system, management system and core talent incentive scheme at Smarter Energy.

Xie Changxia affirmed the achievements of the development and results of transformation made by Far East. She saidFar Easthas always grasped the market development trend, and led the industry growth direction in the market competition, with the spirit of continuously transcending that it seeks.Far Easthas achieved amazing accomplishments, and its industrial layout of smarter energy is very attractive. She said that Far East’s experiences in restructuring and transformation have important reference significance to Meishan Iron and Steel, and Smarter Energy’s innovative measures on talent cultivating mechanism is worth to learn by Meishan Iron and Steel. She proposed to establish a long-term effective mechanism of talent exchange by the two parties to promote talent training and reserve, and a sustainable development for both parties.
