2016 China Green Companies Summit kicked off officially on April 22. More than 1,200 domestic and foreign business leaders and elites including Liu Chuanzhi and Ma Yun gathered in Jinan to explore the "green jungle" rule under the new eco-environment, and discuss over 20 hot topics such as reform of the supply-front, Internet and sharing economy, entrepreneurship and venture capital. Deputy Director of China Entrepreneurs Association as well as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Far East Holding Group Jiang Xipei was invited to attend the event to share his thinking on Internet + industrial age with numerous business leaders. In the focus forum themed with "Smart Manufacturing: Future of 'Internet + Industry' Future", Jiang Xipei and other guests conducted in-depth discussion on the important role of smart manufacturing in the structural reform of supply-front, to share their profound insights in enterprises’ promoting smart technology and accelerating industrial transformation & upgrading. Jiang Xipei believes that Internet + industry represents a necessary path for Chinese enterprises and foreign companies too. In the current economic situation, the country and government have created a very good policy and legal environment for enterprises. So they need to innovate technology development by taking intelligent manufacturing as core, attract global talents, provide quality products and services, learn from and also surpass bench marking enterprises, and help to boost manufacturing quality and efficiency. He pointed out that the Internet + industry is the basis of the whole sustainable economic and social development, especially the prospects of intelligentization. Far East has made some efforts in smart manufacturing, created a business partner mechanism, become a leader in technology and business model, and built "Internet + Electrical & Electronic" B2B e-business platforms and global material trading platform… He hoped enterprises like Far East would able to take more responsibilities，lead and promote a healthy development of the industry.

In his opinion, intelligent manufacturing has also expanded a lot of space for imagination for entrepreneurs. Life intelligent products are capable of making people's lives more convenient, which is also true for manufactured goods. Manufacturers also need to innovate technology to produce products with higher quality and less environmental pollution as well as longer service life. Intelligent Manufacturing exists everywhere, and primary research is very important. So more resources need to be left to researchers doing preliminary studies. Enterprises will have opportunities if the products have better cost performance than before. "If you have mastered a disruptive technology, you will dominate the whole industry”, he said.

There exist many obstacles when intelligent manufacturing is in implementation. What can really eliminate those barriers is people’s force. So how to cultivate and attract talents during the process of intelligent manufacturing? Jiang Xipei provides Far East’s experience and practice.
