China Industry Association - China CXO Club of Self-discipline and Social Commitment visited Far East for exchange on May 23. (abbreviation: Trading Pay) Zhou Boqiu, and Assistant to Director of Risk Control Department of Far East Material Trading Center Co., Ltd. (abbreviation: Trading Center) Pan Yun.

Zhou Dongjiao made a keynote speech

At Party Building Hall in Far East University, Zhou Dongjiao delivered a speech to the visiting guests, entitled "Inherit Harmony and Spirit Culture, Shape Far East”. She introduced Far East’s development history and corporate culture, and illustrated deeply the profound meaning of the “Harmony and Spirit Culture” from five potentials: boldness, technique, law, method and momentum. With Maslow's hierarchy of needs, she analyzed how enterprises could really retain talents, and shared the "Six Principles of Forth” (scholastic ability, experience, social connection, ability, thinking ability and quality) and "Six Highs” (money, house, job position, career path, internal side and face) as well as the cases of talents cultivating mechanism based on both good morals and excellent academic performance that are adopted by Far East, one of the “World’s Best Employer Enterprises”. She believes enterprises need to establish a psychological contract with employees and add value to psychological capital, to form a long-term, sustainable community of interests, and realize harmony, spirit and win-win. Finally, she advocated all people to live flexibly in a rigid environment, moving forward with great efforts while enjoying the best scenery along the journey.
