The Summer Davos Forum 2016 was held in Tianjin from June 26 to 28. In the "Night of Sina- Night Talk of Zhisland" of the Summer Davos Forum 2016, held in the evening of June 26, Chairman of the Board of Far East Holding Group Jiang Xipei was present and made a speech. He said human might be liberated from heavy, complex and tedious work through human wisdom and current integration such as big data, which is a good thing.

Jiang Xipei: The things that we did not believe 20 years ago when watching American movies have now finally turned into reality. People engaging in industrial business want constant innovation, including artificial intelligence that may be utilized in the field engaged by us. Last year, we acquired Far East First New Energy Co., Ltd, an enterprise specializing in lithium-ion battery R&D, production, sales and services. It ranks No.1 in China, and No.3 in the world in terms of output and sales scale, only behind Samsung and Panasonic. The 18650 lithium-ion batteries produced by First are widely used in the new energy vehicle batteries, solar energy storage batteries, wind energy storage batteries, base station energy storage batteries and other areas. The company is committed to becoming a top domestic energy system solution service provider in the new energy vehicle and energy storage. We call for this technology, although I am not doing artificial intelligence research. At least, I am a researcher, and hope that human could be liberated from heavy, complex and tedious work through human wisdom, and current integration such as big data, which is a good thing.

Far East pays great attention to such development, because Far East’s growth direction is the "main business + investment". We need to perform well in our main business: smarter energy and intelligent city system service provision. Far East has been established for almost 30 years, and we believe this has a basis and conditions.

So far, Far East has invested directly and indirectly in 325 companies, and completed listing for 74 ones (including 25 belonging to the new third board), as well as 4 have been approved that are waiting for issuance, and 25 have been pre-announced. These companies produce intelligent robot, unmanned aircraft and other products, I believe that as long as the relevant conditions are met, or so-called favorable factors are ready, the scientists may achieve development beyond imagination. Far East is willing to grow together with them.
