Far East Smarter Energy Has Three Products Identified As Jiangsu Provincial High-Tech Products

Produced by Far East Cable Co. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Far East Smarter Energy Co., Ltd. (abbreviation: Smarter Energy; stock code: 600869), "Aluminum-clad steel core high conductivity hard aluminum stranded wire (energy-efficient ultra-resistant wire)" recently becomes one of the first-batch hi-tech products identified by Jiangsu Provincial Department of Science and Technology in 2016, together with "ACSS/MA2 (Non-specular surface) environmental matte-finish overhead wire" produced by New Far East Cable Co., Ltd., and "super-heavy thermosetting oil resistance power distribution cord (UL62) with rated voltage of 600V" produced by Far East Composite Technology Co., Ltd. All of the three products obtain the certificate for high-tech product identification. Thus, among Far East Smarter Energy’s cable products, a cumulative of totally 64 have been identified as the provincial high-tech products over the recent three years.

The three products’ comprehensive performance has reached the international advanced level of technology, demonstrating new contributions made by Far East Cable to the basic, strategic, and forward-looking scientific and technological innovation in smart grid, high-end equipment and other fields. Among them, the aluminum-clad steel core high conductivity aluminum stranded wire adopts 20.3% IACS aluminum clad steel wire and 62.5% IACS high conductivity electrical aluminum wire stranding, with the aluminum wire shaped in "S, Z", and reasonable structural design, which is an energy-efficient, ultra corrosion-resistance wire that is applicable to energy-saving circuit with huge electricity demand and scare corridor resources, and in heavy corrosive and snowing areas. It can effectively reduce power line losses and improve the lines’ transmission efficiency, better adapted to various complex geographical and meteorological environment.
