The Far East University subordinated to Far East Holding Group Co., Ltd. was awarded the honorary titles of “12th Most Valuable Enterprise University in China” and “12th session of China Top-100 Corporative Education Agencies” for the third time. Zhou Dongjiao, the assistant president and the chief administrative officer of Far East Holding Group Co., Ltd. and Du Jie, the investor and the assistant to the dean of Marketing Institute of the Far East University participated in the grand ceremony on behalf of the Far East University.

Zhou Dongjiao gave a speech on the 12th Annual Grand Ceremony for Enterprises Education Top 100 in China (2016), with “talent innovation and cultivation calls the return of artisan spirit” as the theme. The title of the speech is The Heart of Artisan Calls Diligence, while Diligence Realizes the Heart of Artisan. In this speech, she pointed out that China may face the following challenges under the earth-shaking changes in future years: 60% of the foreign-funded enterprises will lay off employees or withdraw capital; 60% of the employees of state-owned enterprises will be laid off even such enterprises will go bankruptcy; 60% of the private enterprises will no longer exist. However, the lucky 30% will undoubtedly enjoy and gain benefit from the sharing economy. Her speech attached great importance to the talent training principles of the Far East University, i.e. learning ability, experience, social skills, ability, thinking ability and moral quality as well as money, house, post, ladder for promotion, substantial improvement and respect. She reiterated the philosophy of “ingenuity economy” valued by the Far East University by giving examples such as “core employee stock ownership plan” and “preferential policies for house purchasing”. The theme of such economy is the heart of “artisan calls diligence, while diligence realizes the heart of artisan”. Besides, her speech let us know how to follow the heart of artisan, master the fine arts of artisan and spread the lasting appeal of artisan in current times when the spirit of the artisan is returned.

New Honorary Titles Awarded to Far East University
In this forum, the evaluation committee of Enterprises Education Top 100 in China has issued the enterprises education top 100 in China and its analysis report to the public for the 12th time since 2005. Concurrently, the ceremony concerning the first publish of Blue Book of China Corporation Training VIII is convened. In the ceremony, prizes such as “2015-2016 China Corporation Training Innovative Products”, “China Most Valuable Enterprise University”, “China Top-100 Corporative Education Agencies”, “China Corporation Training Ingenuity Award” and “China Top 20 Most Valuable Training Agencies” are issued, so as to commend the enterprises and institutions, service agencies and individuals with outstanding achievements and contributions in talent development, talent innovation and cultivation and talent cohesion.
