In the meeting, Jiang Xipei was elected to act as the Vice-chairman of the second Board of Directors Meeting of Jiangsu Private Economy Seminar. The member of the standing committee of Jiangsu Municipal Party Committee and Vice Provincial Governor Xu Ming attended the meeting and delivered a speech. He showed that, Suggestions passed in the fifth plenary session of the 18th central committee of CPC emphasized that, to realize the development goal during “The 13th Five Year Plan” period, solve development problems, and solidify development advantages, we should firmly establish innovative, coordinating, green, open and shared ideas of development, and these five main ideas of development were the essence and main line of Suggestions. As the main body of socialist market economy, private economy should be brave to take on heavy responsibilities in development, and make joint efforts to build beautiful new Jiangsu.

Entrepreneur representative symposium

After the meeting, leaders from Provincial NDRC, Economy & Informatization Committee, Department of Commerce, Local Tax Bureau and Industry and Commerce Bureau held communication meeting for an informal discussion with entrepreneur representatives.

In the communication meeting, Jiang Xipei communicated and discussed with experts and leaders on energy conservation and emission reduction, clean energy and other policies. Cui Genliang, on behalf of entrepreneurs on spot, carried out communication on the direction, mode, tax policy, etc. of the transformation and upgrading of private enterprises with experts and leaders.
