Suqian Entrepreneur Delegation Pays an Exchange Visit to Far East

    On October 18, led by Xu Yuzhong, Vice Standing President of Jiangsu Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, and Wu Yaqin, SMEs Section Chief of Bureau of Economy and Information Technology of Shuyang, the entrepreneur delegation from Suqian paid an exchange visit to Far East. Investor, Assistant to President of Far East Holding Group and Chief Administrative Officer Zhou Dongjiao, investor and Head of the Mass Organization Department of Party Working Committee Kong Qunling, investor and Head of Brand Culture Center Qin Mengmeng received the visitors.

Zhou Dongjiao Makes a Keynote Speech

　　At the symposium, Zhou Dongjiao mad a keynote speech titled Inheritance of He & Ling Culture and Construction of Smart Far East, making a comprehensive introduction to the culture and core philosophy of Far East. She made an in-depth explanation on the profound connotation of “he ling (harmony and flexibility) culture” from image, strategy, system, principle and trend five aspects; based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs, she analyzed how to keep the core staff for an enterprise; she also shared as one of the “Best Companies to Work For”, Far East’s “six power principles” (learning ability, experience, contacts, competence, intelligence and character), “six aspects” (money, house, position, promotion, talent and dignity), principle of focusing on talents with excellence in character and performance and incentive measures for core staff. She suggested that enterprises should build a psychological contract relationship with staff, raise the value of psychological capital and form a long-term and sustainable community of interests, in an effort to achieve a win-win result through harmonious and flexible ways.
