    Far East Holding Group DingTalk Project Launching Operation Mobilization was held in Far East College Harmony School on October 18. Attended the meeting were Zhou Dongjiao, investor, assistant to Far East Holding Group president, CEO; Kuang Guangzheng, the Chief Information Officer; Li Yunxing, IT Application Services Director and Tan Aimin, director of President Work Department. Nearly 100 people participated in the meeting, including project team members, subsidiaries, key users of various departments, and maintenance personnel of DingTalk Contacts.

    Zhou Dongjiao presided over the meeting and made a speech. She said that DingTalk is an excellent multi-terminal platform for free communication and collaborative office. It is widely used by many well-known enterprises at home and abroad. In response to the trend of the time, Far East started the promotion and use of DingTalk to take advantage of information means to meet the internal needs of improving the collaborative office efficiency and management effectiveness. It fully presented resource integration and human-based management. It is also another milestone of Far East informatization construction. DingTalk will help Far East to connect the existing independent IT systems of holding subsidiaries, set up a unified group-wide collaborative communication and mobile office platform, and achieve information interoperability of Web terminals, PC terminals and mobile terminals. She raised three requirements to the participants: to be a good model, a good job master and a good supervisor to fully advance the all-round utilization of DingTalk.

Kuang Guangzheng Makes a Mobilization Speech

    Kuang Guangzheng pointed out in the mobilization speech that in the current environment, "rapid response and collaboration" is the necessary capacity of enterprises. DingTalk in a way meets the needs of enterprises and emerges as the time requires. The promotion and application of DingTalk is the realistic demand of Far East development. He made requirements for promotion work:

    First, a clear purpose of the project promotion: to make timely delivery of information to promote collaborative office, so that the company 's ideas and culture enjoy popular support; second, strengthen our own organizational construction: participants as the main driving force and key users, shall advance their own organizational construction and play a leading role; third, careful planning, strict implementation: the project team shall develop a thorough and feasible promotion plan, and implement it step by step; fourth, statistical supervision: timely publish the statistics of DingTalk use in various subsidiaries as a means of supervision and promotion; fifth, develop software use norms: develop relevant norms for software use, group naming, etc., so that the software will better assist our work. Finally, He hoped that everyone would cooperate actively and finish the promotion well and quickly.

Li Yunxing Introduces DingTalk Promotion and Application Project

    Li Yunxing introduced the objectives, background, overall planning and scope of the implementation organization, etc. of the “DingTalk” project. He also reported the recent promotion plan and support service system. Later, Lu Qi, the application implementation engineer of IT Application Services Department, trained the participants on software usage in terms of basic operations, software functions and so on.

    Over the years, while improving the organizational structure and optimizing the management model, Far East has also been promoting informatization construction. Through the establishment of a series of measures like unified OA office platform system, e-HR human resources management system, ERP management system, Far East on-line procurement system, Far East on-line settlement system, etc. Far East achieved the company's internal information sharing, built a platform for a wide range of staff communication, and thus improved the efficiency of collaborative work. This time, the launch and implementation of the “DingTalk” project will further enhance company’s level of information construction, promote the coordinative office, improve management effectiveness and contribute to the realization of the Group's 2020 strategic objectives.
