Putting Clients First and Expanding Market Through High-quality

    Far East University held the 3rd Marketing Innovation Cases Contest at Smarter Lecture Hall on November 4, with a purpose to further enrich innovative marketing ideas and act on the idea of always putting clients first and expanding market through high-quality in the process of serving clients.

    24 employees and eight teams of Far East Smarter Energy Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to asSmarter Energy, stock code: 600869) were selected from four competition areas to join individual and team contests. The contest was divided into two parts and it invited the following guests as judges: Gan Xingzhong, investor, assistant general manager of Smarter Energy and senior deputy general manager of Far East Cable Co., Ltd.; Wang Xiaoqiang, investor, senior director of Smarter Energy, deputy general manager of Far East MMBAO Tech Co., Ltd.(or MMBAO for short); Zhou Liping,investor, senior director of Smarter Energy and assistant general manager of Far East Cable Co., Ltd.; Tian Xu, investor and deputy director of Development and Service Department; Shen Yechang, investor, deputy marketing director of Smarter Energy and senior marketing director of Far East Cable Co., Ltd.; Shi Juan, deputy director of Product Distribution Department.


First prize winner of individual contest: Wu Chun from Development and Service Department


Second prize winners of individual contest: Shi Yufeng, general manager of a franchised store; Lu Wenlin from Product Distribution Department


Third prize winners of individual contest: Qian Linping(Gu Jian accepted the award on behalf of Qian Linping), general manager of a franchised store; Xia Yonghui from Technical Service Department; Wang Baobao, marketing undergraduate of the second training session of Relay 100

    At the individual contest, candidates presented their personal innovative cases in daily work and shared their experience with others. At the team contest, candidates improvised the most realistic marketing cases happened in real working scenarios and showcased their problem-solving ability. Following heated competition for the whole day, Wu Chun won the first prize at the individual contest. Shi Yufeng, general manager of a franchised store and Lu Wenlin from Product Distribution Department won the second prize of individual contest. The third prizes went to Qian Linping, general manager of a franchised store, Xia Yonghui from Technical Service Department, Wang Baobao, marketing undergraduate of the second training session of Relay 100. At theteam contest, the team from Product Distribution Department got the first prize, and two teams from Development and Service Department,the contract team and team ofbusiness bidscompilation,won the second and third prize respectively.

    Gan Xingzhong made conclusion remarks before the competition came to an end. He commented on the performance of individual and team contests, and said that a diverse range of cases showed the typical errors easily made during work. These representative cases further highlighted the importance of spreading correct and accurate information. He stressed that all marketing staff should enhance mutual understanding and promote team cooperation. In closing, he advocated that more marketing staff should join in this contest and share their innovative marketing cases with others in order to continuously improve and innovate marketing ideas and offer strong support for Smarter Energy in marketexpanding.
