In 2013, Far East Cable began to carry out Evaluation System for After-sales Service (GB/T27922-2011), and inpursuit of excellence, the company has always taken requirements of the evaluation system as benchmarks in fields such as order design of wire and cable, technical support, distribution, maintenance service and complaint handling.
