Discover the Beauty of Team in Experience and Exploration

    On May 7, a group of energetic enterprise elites gathered in the Far East Reclusive Island,who are directors, supervisors, senior (junior) executives from Far East Holding Group Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Far East). By adhering to the principle of "creating value and serving the society" and combining the corporate culture with industrial characteristics, Far East University, the sponsor of this workshop event, invited the directors, supervisors, senior (junior) executives from the group and the subsidiaries to experience and explore the beauty of the team.

The Scene of Outdoor Activities

    In the icebreaking link, Shao Liang, investor, Supervisor of the group, Director of General Manager Service Department of Far East Smarter Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Smarter Energy, stock code “600869”), Guan Zhijin, investor, Financial Director of Far East First, Ma Yueqin, investor, Senior Dirctor and Assistant to General Manager of Far East Cable, Liu Wei, Assistant to President and Sales Manager of luye Agrochemicals Co., Ltd., served as four captains of red, blue, yellow and purple teams. In the beginning interaction, members actively built up team culture, showing the beauty of team.

Four Teams are in the Games

    Through a series of interactive games, team morale was boosted, and teamwork and communication were promoted. When the games ended, team members conducted group discussions and summed up the gains and losses, combining working characteristics of the group and the subsidiaries to explore the methods and practical experience to improve team performance.

Explore the Reclusive Island

    In the afternoon, regardless of high temperature and sunlight exposure, the players actively participated in such team games as "Run! Far East!” "Time and Space Travel", "Join Hands to Sail" and "Inside Foreign-style Villa". According to with the whole geographical layout of the Reclusive Island, the coach respectively designed four regional interactive links where the teams have to complete the target game by location and take group photos, gaining insight into the delicacy of foreign-style villas in Reclusive Island, as well as their surrounding environment, supporting facilities and regional cultural background.

Draw the Blueprint for Far East Together

    One highlight was the "blueprint" drawing, and four teams of teammates drew the blueprint together for Far East with harmonious cooperation and division,fully combining the cultural characteristics of Far East, substantially improving the sense of enterprise belonging of the present members.

Zhou Dongjiao Shares Experience

    In the organizational sharing link, Jiang Huajun, Director of the group, Vice Chairman and CEO of Smarter Energy, Zhou Dongjiao, investor, Assistant to President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Far East Holding Group, and others shared the day's learning experiences, analyzed and summarized the different types and characteristics of the participants by giving the details in the games, and put forward effective and intuitive comprehensive improvement methods for the future construction of leading teams. Their speeches were approved unanimously by the present members. Members summarized learning results and experience through self-awareness and self-examination, combinating the details of the activities with the personal performances of practical work.

    The workshop, composed of directors, supervisors, senior (junior) executives of Far East, is one of the key contents of the project in 2017 "deepen the culture of harmony and flexibility again", a part of the serie of three-year projects "restart the culture of harmony and flexibility". In response to the call of "upholding synergy development, utilizing resources efficiently, and enhancing enterprise integration", these activities co-ordinated talents, capitals and project resources, through the form of workshop of top managers, promoted the synergy of the top manager culture, and strengthened the collaborative management capacity of the holding subsidiaries, sharing resources to integrate added value. The first phase of workshop made full use of scenery, humanities, and history resources in Reclusive Island, designed various vivid tasks and challenges for the unity of enterprise elites of Far East. These activities has improved the capacities of Far East's core managers to achieve goals, to think strategically, to organize and cooperate, to implement and carry out plans, which has promoted the internal communication of the management of the group and the subsidiaries, and greatly enhanced the exchanges and cooperation of Far East leading teams, adding a great deal to the culture of harmony and flexibility of Far East.
