    The two sides have made full exchanges on how to improve product quality. Jiang Xipei said, first of all, we have been calling ontop-level design of the government, hoping that the government will optimize the system, and then release the system dividends, such as how to protect the Intellectual Property Law, the Product Quality Act, the Anti-unfair Competition Law, the Tender and Tender Act, and how to establish the integrity system of the whole society.

    Second, we need to give consideration to two things. With "Okay event" as an example, the enterprise had the responsibility, but to a certain extent, the realistic environment caused it. Owing to the situation where bad money drives out good money, enterprises under coercion are difficult to survive.

    Third, we need to clarify the orientation of "good enterprise". Only Chinese good enterprises are the economic basis of governance by the communist party, the foundation and source of social development and well-being of the people. To make Chinese enterprises more competitive in the world, we must cultivate good enterprises.

    Xiong Xiaosu said that the "Okay event" has a tremendous impact on the cable industry, no less than the "melamine incident", which will fundamentally affect the bidding system.

    He pointed out, where is the lifting space of the cable quality? How to ascend it? These problems cannot be solved by an independent department, so we need pay attention to different aspects. In his view, we need a general goal to raise the quality of cable. In fact, the current cable detection are conducted in factories, stores, sites and other places, but data are different in different places, causing problems in the design of the system.

    On March 23, the AQSIQ issued the "notice on the development of special supervision and inspection work for the production of wire and cable enterprises", requiring full inspection on wire and cable production enterprises. Recently, the AQSIQ Office issued a concrete implementation for the special supervision and inspection work, requiring a comprehensive inspection on subject qualification of wire and cablelicensed enterprises.
