Far East Cable Is Invited to Attend SGCC Jiangsu Electric Power Company Providers’ Meeting

    Chen Jing, Investor, Board Director and Chief Operating Officer of Smarter Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Smart Energy”; stock code: 600869) was invited to attend SGCC Jiangsu Electric Power Company (hereinafter referred to as “Jiangsu Company) Providers’ Meeting and made a speech as an outstanding provider. Chen Haiping, Investor, Senior Director of Far East Smarter Energy Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as “Smart Energy”) and Assistant General Manager of Far East Cable Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as “Far East Cable”) , and Shen Yechang, Investor, Deputy Marketing Director of Smarter Energy and Senior Marketing Director of Far East Cable also made their appearance.

    At the meeting, Chen Jing shared good experiences in terms of provider’s management, product quality and performance service. She pointed out that the company  adhered to the operation principle of taking “innovation as soul, quality as life”, enhanced quality control basement by implementing overall quality control system, and established auto diagnosis and constantly promoted modes with advance of excellent performance management mode,  effectively solving difficulties in quality management and improving company products’ quality.  

    For performance service, Chen Jing reviewed years of performance service process with SGCC and its subordinate electric power companies, and summarized that the company stuck to service concept of “aiming at customers’ requirements and creating values for customers”, and studied thoroughly requirements of SGCC for improving performance service. First of all, the company created professional teams for serving strategic customers, especially in marketing service networks of 13  municipal power supply subsidiary  companies of provincial company and 59 county level (city or district) power supply subsidiary  companies; then, the company gave full play to advantages of 120 cities and 826 sales networks throughout the country for delivering quality products to customers with speed, safety and immediacy; by providing effective after-sales service, the company did well in performance service of products.

    At the meeting, 61 representatives of grid material suppliers issued  Quality and Integrity Proposal of Grid Material Suppliers to grid equipment manufacturing enterprises that they propose to establish a sound quality and integrity system, guarantee healthy development of grid equipment manufacturing industry, ensure safe and credible grid construction and operation, thus achieving “win-win” of manufacturing companies and grid companies.

    This proposal has an explicit description that integrity management is fundamental bases for companies’ existence, while quality is fundamental bases for companies’ development. With whole control of strict enterprise quality, promote enterprise quality technology innovation and enterprise quality co-governance; complete enterprise quality integrity system, and create fair and orderly market environment; constantly improve contractual capacity and service level of enterprises.

    It is known that provincial company planned to complete fixed asset investment of RMB 43.2 billion, increased by 12.5% year on year; mass input high-strength construction, and a large quantity of new technologies, new products and new equipment were put into operation in succession; it is not only a developing chance for  transmission and transformation manufacturing enterprises, but also raises higher requirements for enterprises’ resource coordination capacity, service support capacity and products’ quality.
