    Recently, the “Harmony Lecture Session 3 and 2017 Annual Kick-off Meeting of Delegated Study” of Far East Holding Group Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as “Far East Holding Group”) was successfully held. Middle and senior management personnel, such as Jiang Chengzhi, an investor, Director of Far East and Chairman of Far East Smarter Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Smarter Energy”, stock code: 600869), Kuang Guangzheng, an investor and Chief Information Officer of Far East, Ma Jun, an investor and General Manager of Wuxi Far East Real Estate Co., Ltd., Zhou Dongjiao, an investor, Chief Human Resources Officer of Far East Holding Group, Executive Principal of Far East University and Executive Director of Far East Charitable Foundation and Chen Jianhong, CFO of Far East Holding Group attended this activity.

Zhou Dongjiao makes a speech

    Zhou Dongjiao served as the host of the Kick-off Meeting of Delegated Study. She introduced the delegated study program, analyzed from inheritance of the Group strategies and current situation of integral structure, and decided the selecting target with “excellent employees oriented”, and defined means of designation as well as the standard of designated personnel at institutional level. Zhou Dongjiao said that learning capacity is life-long and core competitiveness for an individual; she said, “Learning capacity is more important than education background, experience is more important than knowledge, field of vision is more important than experience, and growth is more important than success”.


Jiang Chengzhi makes a speech

    Jiang Chengzhi reviewed the learning conditions of the employees of Far East Holding Group in various colleges and universities for years, and expressed that learning organization is the consistent cultural base of the Group and serves its strategic target. According to the talents system construction institution, the company arranged the delegated study and provided employees a top-ranking learning platform in whole industry. He pointed out that by 2020, the selection, promotion and improvement systems of management team of the Group will be improved a lot, while the management team will be more international, professional and younger.

    He also emphasized that the cadre work should be undertaken with core business oriented, and cadres should adhere to the principle of focusing on customers for working arrangements. Finally, Chairman Jiang Chengzhi hoped that colleagues who won the opportunity for delegated study could join in learning of colleges and universities with concept and graceful bearing of Far East, and constantly share wonderful content as well as transmit valuable information; at the same time, he was expected that all employees can learn harder, improve themselves, and open up their eyes and patterns.

    Later, 8 representatives--Jiang Guojian, Lu Zhengrong, Tang Yefeng, Zhang Wuzhou, Zhu Bin, Chen Lei, Jiang Wangyuan and Zhang Hao--from various lines of delegated study session 2 delivered wonderful sharing.

    This was an industrial trends and self-improvement themed lecture as well; the mentor Yang Qi, CPA and Registered Consultant of Nanjing Junlue Corporation Management Consultant Co., Ltd. was specially invited to do a topic exchange of “enterprise internal control”, while Chen Jianhong served as the host.

    Yang Qi spoke vividly for dissecting the origin of enterprise internal control in terms of capital market’s development, analyzing the regular steps of China’s enterprises from the issuance of Sarbanes-Oxley Act, and causing people to think deeply; she explained the basic thought and principles of internal control through reported internal auditing cases data in 2017; and with the internal control system of Smart Energy as standard, she explained guidance on internal control of enterprises in detail in terms of organizational structure, comprehensive budget and contract management. She not only provided a brilliant class of enterprise’s internal control, but also provided fairly strong guiding significance for improving level of enterprise’s internal control.

    Chen Jianhong pointed out, in order to realize the Far East strategic target of 2020, managers at all levels should develop businesses while undertake the management works of enterprise’s internal control in the meantime. The internal control training given by mentor Yang Qi has great practical operability, thus further promoting standardization and normalization of Far East management process.
