Strategic Cooperation between University and Enterprise Is Jointly Conducted by Far East Holding Gro

    On October 14, China (Xinxiang) Cable Industry Development Forum was held in Henan Institute of Technology. A delegation led by Pei Xiangjing, Vice Chairman and Secretary General of China Electrotechnical Society, Tan Langyu, Vice Chairman of Henan Association for Science and Technology, Zhi Wei, Deputy Mayor of the People’s Government of Xinxiang, and Zhao Xuetong, Secretary of Party Committee of Henan Institute of Technology attended the forum.     Arriving at Henan Institute of Technology, the delegation led by Zhu Changbiao has conducted in-depth communication with school leaders on issues including the pattern of strategic cooperation between university and enterprise, as well as the enhancement of the percent for the specialty between the two sides.

    On the forum, Zhou Dongjiao was invited to make the speech themed Add Value of Psychological Capital, Upgrade Human and Finance Pattern. She introduced that over the past 32 years, as a warm enterprise with lofty ambition and breadth, Far East Holding Group has upheld the strategy of “main business + investment” to adhere to the equal stress to the industrial business, educational business and charitable business, creating value and serving the society.

Zhou Dongjiao makes a keynote sharing

    Zhou Dongjiao shared the talent management philosophy of “Being Morality and Performance Oriented” of Far East Holding Group and its 32-year talent management and operation experience. Taking her own experience as the case, she shared the significant impact exerted by Far East Holding Group on her occupational planning and life development path. Meanwhile, by citing living talent example, she introduced the “Six-Standards” initiated by Far East Holding Group, namely, education background, experience, capability, connection, thinking and character.

    She pointed out that “what matters more than method is orientation, what matters more than IQ is EQ, what matters more than knowledge is insight, what matters more than road-taken is experience, what matters more than education background is academic qualification, and what matters more than promotion is value-addition”. Her concise summary has resonated with all participants.
