    On October 21, 2017 “Flying Youth” Welcome Party for the Freshmen of School of Business, Jiangnan University was held in Wenhao Building of Jiangnan University. Jiang Xipei, President of the Fourth Board of School of Business, Jiangnan University, Founder of Far East Holding Group, President of the Board, Secretary of Party Committee and Honorary President of Far East University, was invited to make a speech at the welcome party.

    “I am very envious of the participating freshmen for being the students of Jiangnan University. Your join in the university creates the beauty of Jiangnan University, and in turn, Jiangnan University will be more vigorous for choosing you.” Jiang Xipei said that School of Business, Jiangnan University has dedicated to developing into the world-leading school of business and creating the best brand of school of business all over the world. While， it is indispensable from an awesome era, sound mechanism and system, a group of outstanding teachers and excellent students. Jiangnan University has yielded plentiful achievements. Freshmen, students and teachers participating are all the youth, described by General Secretary Xi Jinping, who are ambitious and responsible with lofty ideals, and always march forward with the era. It is certain that School of Business, Jiangnan University will attract teachers worldwide. This is the precondition for the university to realize brighter future and lay firm foundation for this goal.

    As an entrepreneur of Wuxi, I have the privilege to be President of the Fourth Board of School of Business, Jiangnan University. I quite comprehend the conditions to establish an excellent enterprise which include the strategy, management, technology and talents. I hope the enterprise can create more values to serve the society. From the Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Creating a Favorable Environment for Healthy Growth of Entrepreneurs and Carrying Forward Entrepreneurial Spirit to Make Their Roles Better Played, issued by the central government on September 25, it is obvious that entrepreneurs are gaining more recognition. Domestic entrepreneurs including those of Wuxi have obtained their current status due to the recognition from the society and central government. Hence, I reckon that no matter entrepreneurs, students or teachers of School of Business possess the patriotism. Enjoying the advantages offered by this promising era, everyone should cherish more. The nation will be prosperous if its youth are strong; the nation will be prosperous if its education is strong.”

    Furthermore, Jiang Xipei has placed his hope on students and teachers of School of Business. He hoped that they can cherish time to combine the ambition with strength, contributing their youth and brilliance to their career, their family, and even the country and society. Every student of School of Business will become the person who gains the respect from the society; every teacher of School of Business will become the person who can shoulder heavy responsibility and be respected by the country and its people.

    At the welcome party, Zhou Dongjiao, an investor, Chief Human Resources Officer of Far East Holding Group, and Executive Principal of Far East University participated in the poetry recitation - Jointly Burn the Sunshine to Warm School of Business, as an enterprise instructor of School of Business, Jiangnan University. Being a special group of School of Business, enterprise instructors come from diversified industries. They enter into the classroom of School of Business to exchange and interact with students, comprehending their needs, and planning their careers with graduating students, so as to providing them with excellent idea and life revelation.
