Jiang Xipei Elaborates on His Family and Enterprise Building Philosophy at the 4th China Family Busi

    On November 26, the 4th China Family Business Succession Forum was held at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). Jiang Xipei, the founder, Chairman of the Board and Secretary of the Party Committee of Far East Holding Group and his two sons— Jiang Chengzhi, an investor and director of Far East Holding Group and Chairman of the Board of Far East Smarter Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Smarter Energy", stock code: 600869) and Jiang Chenghong, an investor and director of Far East Holding Group and the founder of Beijing Linyun Information and Technology Co., Ltd. were invited to attend the Forum and have a discussion about family inheritance. Jiang Xipei delivered a keynote speech themed as “My Family and Enterprise Building Philosophy” at the Forum. The Far East members who attended the Forum in company with Mr. Jiang and his sons included Jiang Jing, an investor, Senior Director of Human Resources Department of Far East Holding Group and Senior Director of the Headmaster's Office of Far East University and Guo Xiaoheng, Director of Brand Culture Center of Far East Holding Group.


Jiang Xipei delivers a keynote speech

    Jiang Xipei stated that it is of great importance to win consumers and market share with the best products and services. According to Mr. Jiang, enterprises grow up in competition. Market always selects the superior and eliminates the inferior. Therefore, entrepreneurs must identify general trends and future, keep up with the party and the nation, and regard people’s desire for a better life as the fundamental pursuit of product R&D and service provision.

    Mr. Jiang pointed out that it is crucial to make talents with global vision and skills contribute to enterprise development. Far East has been developing its institutional system since it was founded 32 years ago. Rule of law, rule of emotion and rule of reason all deserve studies by enterprises. Far East has established sound institutions from the employee manual and salary system to stock ownership incentive and business partnership. Far East values a corporate culture that encourages integrity, institutions, entrepreneurship, innovation, quality, prosperity and welfare. An enterprise can be better inherited and boomed only when it satisfies the clients, employees, shareholders, government and society.

    Jiang Xipei stressed, “If we want our next generation to build a stronger and more confident Chinese nation along our own path, we must, first of all, well plan, build and inherit our families.”

    At the “A Dialogue Between Two Generations— Accompanied Growth or Self-Development” section of the Forum, Jiang Xipei and his two sons Jiang Chengzhi and Jiang Chenghong shared their opinions on family inheritance.

    As Jiang Chengzhi said, family business needs to create social values, which requires the founding team to deeply understand and firmly implement culture development and mainstream values. That is why he thought family cultural system and values are permanent subjects to work on.

    According to Jiang Chenghong, values inheritance is much more important than wealth inheritance. His first entrepreneurship was just inspired by his family spirit.
