Seven Promising Far East Cable Products Pass Appraisal

On June 30, an appraising meeting of new products and technologies was organized by Jiangsu Economic and Information Technology Commission and held in Far East Group. Seven new products developed by Far East Cable Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Far East Smarter Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Smarter Energy”, stock code: 600869) passed the appraisal owing to their excellent structural design and properties, mature manufacturing techniques, advanced manufacturing equipment and complete testing methods with broad market prospects.

　　The appraisal committee listened to the technical summaries and trial production reports of the seven new products developed by Far East Cable, reviewed sci-tech novelty retrieval reports and visited the production workshop. The seven new products are “0.6/1kV cable used in soil repairing equipment”, “300/500V eco-friendly floating cable used in cleaner”, “heat-resistance flexible cable 150℃ used in new energy vehicles”, “0.6/1kV reach stacker cable”, “EPR insulated and polyurethane sheathed flexible cable used in lifter”, “flexible cable of rated voltage 6/10kV or lower used in European submersible pump” and “1500V European photovoltaic cable”.

　　On behalf of the appraisal committee, Wu Changshun said that the seven innovative and eco-friendly products would have significant impacts on the industry and can meet the needs of potential segments.
