Far East Holding Group Wins Title of China s Best Employer in 2018 Best Employer in Wuxi

As an invited guest, Jiang Xipei had a summit dialogue on the topic of "From the Workplace to the Intellectual Field - How to Build an Urban Talent Brand to Attract High-quality Talents" together with Luo Jihong, Deputy Director of Shaoxing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Wang Jianwei, Deputy Director of Yixing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Yang Juan, Director of the High-end Business Department of Highpin and Hao Jian, Senior Industry Expert of Zhaopin.

Jiang Xipei shared the unique corporate culture and talent concept of Far East. He said that the Heling culture created by Far East is based on the "harmony" and takes the "flexibility" as technique, advocating harmony and win-win cooperation as well as flexible innovation. Far East has adhered to centering on people with excellent quality and performance, and adopted the 361 Performance Appraisal Mechanism, so as to find, take good use of and retain talents, and form the talent management concept of "finding, using, training, retaining and eliminating".

Finally, Jiang Xipei gave the feedback on the topic of "How Should Private Enterprises Deal with Overseas Investment in the Context of Trade War". He believed that the private economy is also the national economy. On August 10 and October 29, 2018, he continued to put forward a series of opinions and suggestions on reducing taxes and fees and optimizing the business environment at the Entrepreneur Forum organized by the State Council, which has aroused great concern from the central leadership and the whole society.
