Far East Holding Group Held 2015 Working Report Evaluation Meeting

Recently, Far East Holding Group held 2015 working report evaluation meeting. Chairman of the Board and CEO of Far East Holding Group Jiang Xipei listened to the report on work from the senior executives and expatriates of group, Managing Director of Far East Smarter Energy Jiang Huajun listened to report on work from senior and junior executives of Smarter Energy, Director and Secretary to Board of Directors Jiang Chengzhi presided over the meeting.

In the report meeting, all personnel presenting reports on work gave systematic analysis for the completion situation of annual key performance indicators and important tasks, gave careful summary on working in 2015 by multimedia demonstration mode, and recognized the deficiency existing in their own work clearly, put forward corresponding improvement measure with combination of working in 2015 and the performing situation of their own position responsibility; they had objective cognition on learning ability and personal growth, carried out reasonable plan and outlook of 2016 key emphasis and contents in work.

Jiang Xipei made a statement for summary in working report evaluation meeting of senior and junior executives of the group. He indicated that, the report on work was an important measure to summarize working, communicate learning, promote management, promote efficiency, and realize the goal. Meanwhile, he put forward four requirements to all middle and senior managers: firstly, they should have systematic performance evaluation, give systematic assessment, and observe value and connotation from assessment around thought, performance and other aspects; secondly, they should recognize situation clearly, recognize correct direction and set firm goal, they should know the macroscopic situation timely and give correct judgment, practice according to strategic target of “main industry + investment”, take specific production line, department, position responsibility and target as rulers of conduct; thirdly, they should perform duties carefully, create value, share out the work and cooperate with one another with mutual promotion according to the position responsibilities, and create value better; fourthly, they should strive to be experts, enhance advantage and avoid disadvantage, improve weakness, learn from benchmark, seek for guidance with macroscopical thought in managing post, promote work efficiency, be familiar with the strategic direction of group and all subsidiary corporations and institutional flow, give play to individual role and team effectiveness.
