-Far East Smarter Energy and Delixi reached preliminary strategic cooperation intention

On Jan. 22, Managing Director of Far East Smarter Energy Co., Ltd (Far East Smarter Energy for short with stock code 600869) Jiang Huajun, was invited to go to China Delixi Holding Group Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Delixi”) to visit and communicate. General Manager of Far East Trading Pay Network Technology Co., Ltd. Sun Lu and Director of Attorney Department of Far East Holding Group Chen Haiping and so on accompanied them. Under Li Dan’s company, the group of Jiang Huajun visited Delixi Experience Exhibition Centre, spoke highly of the development achievements of Delixi. In the subsequent symposium, Jiang Huajun introduced the strategic positioning of Far East Smarter Energy-“smarter energy expert, namely, service provider of smarter energy and smart city system”. He indicated that, Far East Smarter Energy borrowed powers from new electricity reform, national economic strategic transformation and so on, made efforts to arrange several major plates such as Internet Plus, Internet of Energy and New Energy. Li Dan introduced the development history of Delixi. He indicated that, in the new period, Delixi should grasp opportunity, develop industry and investment simultaneously, and make efforts to realize great-leap-forward development. He also showed great expectation to the cooperation with Far East.

Through negotiation and discussion, both parties planed to carry out all-round cooperation in four major fields, E-business, project, product, and investment. Through deepening cooperation, the business linkage of both parties on project level and platform level in fields such as new energy and energy networking would be promoted effectively, which could complement each other's advantages, promote competitiveness of both parties and their reaction ability to industry environment, build win-win interests community with mutual benefit, make them join hands to welcome a new round of electricity reform and promote the industrial development and upgrading of group.
