On May 10, Vice Mayor of Wuxi Wang Jinjian, and Vice Mayor of Yixing Zhou Bin, together with the leaders from Wuxi Bureau of Commerce and Wuxi Customs, visited Far East for investigation and guidance. In the meeting, Jiang Huajun made a report to the visiting leaders on the operation and imports & exports of Far East in 2015. He said that Far East has been concerned about the internationalization development, and made a clear internationalization development plan and implementation measures. In 2016,Far East has the following three major works in the international development: further deepening cooperation with the international large-scale enterprise groups, exploring new international markets and fields, and introducing, cultivating international talents. In addition,Far East is actively planning to build an oversea sharing services center, financial service centers, and other functional and business platforms.

Wang Jinjian gave instructions to Far East’s internationalization strategy

Wang Jinjian pointed out that as a key local enterprise,Far East plays an important supporting role in the local economic and social development.Far East exhibits a good momentum of growth, and solid pace toward diversification. Its 2016--2020 development plan is heartening. He hoped Far East to maintain a rapid growth and further improve the internationalization plan and accelerate the pace of “going out”. He also hoped Far East to grasp the important links and key elements of internationalization, particularly the layout of key markets and industries, and introduce and cultivate internationalization talents as well as to truly focus on the domestic and international markets, use two kinds of resources, and promote the development of enterprises.

Zhou Bin said that in the background of economic globalization, enterprises face particularly broad space. How to seize the two markets, and how to make good use of resources are related to the issue whether or not the enterprises would make a success on the internationalization road.Far East, a benchmark business of Yixing, has clear internationalization strategies. He hoped Far East to further refine the plan, and steadily move forward, to make contributions to Yixing’s development in an open economy. Yixing Municipal Government and related agencies are willing to provide support to the internationalization development of the businesses.
