---Far East Smarter Energy held a national policy publicity and exchange meeting

On May 28, Far East Smarter Energy Co., Ltd. (abbreviation: Smarter Energy; stock code: 600869) held a national policy publicity and exchange meeting at Harmony Hall in Far East University. Director and CEO of Smarter Energy Jiang Huajun presided over the meeting, and a total of over 50 people including the middle-level and above of the Smarter Energy management and interested employees attended.

In the meeting, Jiang Huajun interpreted the State Council’s "Main Points in 2016 Reform of Promoting Political Decentralization, Power Delegation and Tightened Oversight Combination, and Service Optimization". He noted that the above promotions by the government can allow markets to play a decisive role in resources allocation and to better play the role of government, helping to remove institutional obstacles as constraints for enterprise development, reduce institutional transaction costs, optimize business environment, and stimulate market vitality and social creativity. As a result, an endogenous driving force for economic growth may further form to promote an economic and social sustainable, healthy development.

Since May 1^st this year, its pilot work has been fully promoted nationwide, indicating an important step China has taken in tax system reform. The implementation of the policy of “replacing business tax with value-added tax” helps to reduce double taxation, lower enterprise costs and tax costs, increase economic development momentum and facilitate a sustainable economic growth. Senior Director of Cost Management Department at Smarter Energy Ouyang Jian introduced the scope of value-added tax deduction, specific deduction measures and other issues in details.

 Assistant to Director of Human Resources at Smarter Energy Wang Shuanshuan interpreted "Opinions on Implementing ‘Taihu Lake Talents Scheme’ to Build a Modern Industry Development New Highland" by Wuxi Municipal Government, and "Policies on Helping Enterprises Stabilize Job Positions and Enhance Employment in Yixing" by Yixing Municipal Government. He also introduced Wuxi Municipal Government’s talents subsidization and incentive policies for 6-type industrial development talents (industrial upgrading and innovation leading talents, enterprise operation and management leading talents, new industrial business establishment leading talents, and outstanding college graduates, etc.), and the specific practices and measures adopted by Yixing in helping enterprises stabilize job positions and enhance employment.

During the 13^th Five-Year Plan, the country continues to push forward the work of comprehensively deepening reform, and thus has launched a series of policies and measures to further liberate productive forces and stimulate social vitality.
