Caring about Funing Disaster Area,Far East with boundless love

On June 23^rd, Jiangsu Yancheng suffered tornado and hail, which are particularly serious disasters. After such disasters, Far East Holding Group, Far East Charity Foundation and Jiangsu Luye Agrochemicals Co., Ltd. (Abbreviation: Luye Agrochemicals) donated 3 million RMB to Funing's disaster area at first time for rescue and relief work. On July 1^st, the special day of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese Communist, commissioned by Jiang Xipei, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Far East Holding Group, Zhou Dongjiao, the Group President Assistant, CAO and Far East Charity Foundation Executive Director, went to the disaster area and attended the donation ceremony.

Funing County People’s Government Deputy County Chief Chen Zhiguo, County Finance Office Director Liu Heli, Guoshu Town Deputy Party Secretary, Town Mayor Chen Sihong, Deputy Party Secretary Yang Zhongliang, Luye Agrochemicals President Chen Biao, President Assistant Huang Lixiang, Market Development Minister Liu Wei and Chairman of the Labor Union Zhu Bin etc. attended the ceremony.

Chen Zhiguo introduced the latest progress of the rescue and relief work of Funing County. At present, all injured people got treatment timely, all people whose house fell down in the disaster got properly settled and electric and the water and power supply was also being restored at the fastest speed. He praised Far East for kind action and expressed thanks for donation from Far East as the representative of Funing County Committee and County Government. He suggested that under the solid leadership of Yancheng Municipal Committee and Government, and the caring and helping of the society, we are confident that Funing will overcome the disasters and rebuild the beautiful home hand in hand.

Zhou Dongjiao conveyed the greeting from Jiang Xipei, Chairman of the Board and CEO, to people in the disaster area. After knowing the disaster, Chairman Jiang issued instructions immediately, requiring the subsidiary- Luye Agrochemicals cooperating with rescue and relief work fully and approved 3 million RMB for donation urgently. She recalled the moment of doing psychological assistance in Beichuang during Wenchuang earthquake and pointed out that Far East always puts social responsibility to heart since the foundation. “Where there is disaster, where there is the figure of Far East; where there is disaster, where there is the love of Far East.” Until now, in disaster assistance, helping the poor and donations for school,Far East has accumulated to donate more than 300 million RMB. She suggested that Far East goes heart to heart with Funing and hoped people in the disaster area rebuild their home as soon as possible!
