In April 2011, the State Grid's first carbon fiber transmission line was successfully connected to the grid in the 220kV Xibaipo —— Ping Shan double circuit line reconstruction project, which pioneered the application of China's carbon fiber wire with the highest level and the largest specification in the 220kV line.
