Far East Holding Group Proves its Brand Influence by Getting Listed in Top 500 Asia Brands for the S

    The 11th Asia Brand Ceremony was held in Beijing by Asia Brand, HWW of People’s Daily and Xinhua Net on September 9. The event, themed around “Brand Defines Future,” followed principles of “high profile, high quality and internationalization.” It attracted political celebrities, economists, entrepreneurs and other guests from home and abroad as well as 10 media agencies. Far East Holding Group was listed as Top 500 Asia Brands for the 6th time; Far East Smarter Energy Co., Ltd.(or Smarter Energy for short, stock code: 600869) was honored as Top 100 Innovative Brand of China’s Listed Company 2016, which serves as role models for China’s or even Asian brands’ influence. The ceremony was presented by Zhou Dongjiao, assistant president and chief administrative officer (CAO) of Far East Holdings Group and Qin Mengmeng, assistant director of Brand Culture Center and Gong Miaolin, senior consultant of Far East Holding Group.

    The rankings of Asia Brand are decided by four factors, namely, overall market performance of the corporation, future development potential, product quality and profitability. This is a comprehensive assessment of branded enterprises in Asia. Far East Holding Group ranks 315th in the list of Top 500 Asia Brands 2016, moving up 41 compared with previous year. There are 281 Chinese enterprises in the list and Far East Holding Group ranks 143rd.

    Smarter Energy was acknowledged as Top 100 Innovative Brand of China’s Listed Company 2016, which is an authoritative recognition of its remarkable strategic transformation. In the beginning of 2013, Smarter Energy shifted from traditional cable and wire manufacturer to smart energy and smart urban system service provider. Smarter Energy makes great efforts to create Internet and Internet Plus platforms and build online and offline smart energy as well as smart urban industrial chain. By connecting functional chains in domestic and international markets, an end-to-end full-industrial chain service profitability model has gradually been formed and energy Internet platform has been basically set up. The award “Top 100 Innovative Brand of China’s Listed Company 2016” proves that Smarter Energy’s development concept, namely, a constant focus of innovation, has worked out.

 

Asia Brands International Forum

    Twenty-six years’ efforts to foster brand awareness and carry out innovation explains why brand influence of Far East Holding Group receive authoritative recognition. “How to create brand craftsmanship against the backdrop of Belt and Road Initiative” was a topic for discussion at Asia Brands International Forum. The discussion was joined by Zhou Dongjiao, Guo Shaoxing, CEO of TH Group; Tang Shaoquan, Jiangsu Hezhiyuan Food Co., Ltd.; Li Weiping, Deputy General Manager of Guangdong Weiye Aluminum Factory Co., Ltd. and Duan Rong, Vice-president of Chongqing Westart Group. Zhou Dongjiao shared with others Far East Holding Group’s perception of craftsmanship. The forum was moderated by Li Dapeng, CIO of Haier Cash.

    Zhou Dongjiao noted, “Far East Holding Group views brand as precious as life and vows to be a century-long enterprise.” She began by introducing in “10,000 hours rule”(it takes 10,000 hours to make a skill perfect). As she said, it takes 10 years to become a famous brand and 20 years to create brand identity. Professionalism and expertise derives from concentration and dedication. We do have craftsmanship but are short of the guarantee and support of craftsmanship spirit system. It demands culture, evaluation and system to offer guarantee, guidance and top-down design, aiming to create an atmosphere for craftsmanship. Meanwhile, ingenuity, craftsmanship and craftsmanship spirit should be followed throughout the process of creating brand identity. Only by doing this can we build a century-long enterprise and brand. Never go against one's conscience as God observes your deeds. Craftsmanship could be developed with the same passion we have for the first time love and we should be as pious as followers of religious faiths. To be specific, we should view the operation of our brand as carrying out a God-given mission and see our career as the practice of a religious faith.
