Jiang Xipei Suggests to Entrepreneurs on How to Survive an Economic winter

In his speech Jiang Xipei pointed out that when facing the currently complex economic situation, enterprises need to firstly do well in three aspects if they want to survive: one is the industrial business, that is, concentrating on the main business while making selective investment, to realize complementary advantages and mutual development; second is education, that is, developing the company into a learning organization, to transform the learning capability into competitiveness; third is charity, that is, enterprises need to take more social responsibilities in addition to paying taxes and providing  employment opportunity.

He stressed that innovation is an eternal theme for enterprises, including organizational and institutional innovation, particularly the establishment of equity incentive system, which allows employees to grow up with enterprises while sharing the value of the enterprises’ growth; meanwhile, products’ profitability model also needs to be considered. Enterprises must actively embrace the Internet and Internet of Things so that they would generate new hopes through a tight integration. It would be very difficult for enterprises to transcend Alibaba and Tencent in the Internet and Internet of Things, but there still exist chances in their own industries.

After the main forum, the meeting set another two sub-forums, and invited four excellent island neighborhood enterprises that have made a successful transformation, and five domestic innovation and entrepreneurship benchmark entrepreneurs to talk about their stories about transformation, achievement of breakthrough and innovation, to give more inspirations and practical suggestions to the participant entrepreneurs on how to fight against the economic winter.

By taking this opportunity, Jiangsu Island Neighborhood Agency signed a contract with Greenland enterprise service platform.
