Smarter Energy Shines at the ZhislandWind Gap Forum

    On the morning of November 5, ZhislandWind Gap Forum 3.0 (Jinagsu) was held in Yunhu International Conference Center, Yixing. More than 100 islanders attended this forum with the topic “Where You Stand is the Wind Gap”. On behalf of Far East Smarter Energy Co., Ltd. (Stock code: 600869), Wang Zheng, Secretary of Board of Directorsof Smarter Energy, introduced the industry chain of Smarter Energy and sought for strategic partners for Smarter Energy at the site, which drew wide attention of the islanders and made Smarter Energy a shining star at the forum.

　　Wang Zheng introduced to the islanders the scope of business, layout of industry chain and development plan of Smarter Energy. He pointed out that with the strategic orientation of “smart energy and service provider of smart city system”, Smarter Energy had formed a profit model of whole industry chain of “planning and design-supply of products-construction and installation-monitoring of operation and maintenance-energy efficiency management-package service” and basically constructed an energy internet platform by acquiring Shanghai Intelligence Power Engineering Co., Ltd., Beijing SEMEUREKA Electric Co., Ltd., Far East First New Energy Co., Ltd. and Far East Yineng Electric Co., Ltd., investing in Beijing Suishirong Network Technology Co., Ltd., Tianjin Toaero Science and Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Jingzhong TrafficData Technology Co., Ltd., and other companies, and founding Far East Integration Technology Co., Ltd., Far East New Material Co., Ltd. and other companies, which covered four product fields of cables and cords, e-commerce, intelligence system and energy system.

    He said that Smarter Energy would build an ecosystem that integrated three systems, namely ecosystems of Smarter Energy’s products, power and service of new energy automobiles and industry’s vertical entrance, finally forming an all-around service system of energy infrastructure.

　　The industry plan of Smarter Energy that Wang Zheng had introduced drew wide attention of the islanders. In order to directly experience and learn about the industry development of Smarter Energy, led by Li Wenqiang, Executive Chairman of Zhisland Jiangsu Adjacent Institution and President of China Win-Win Investment Group, more than 40 islanders came to Far East, inspected the intelligent medium-voltage cable factory of Smarter Energy, and visited Smarter Energy Science and Technology Museum, Far East Maimaibao Network Technology Co., Ltd., and Far East Materials Exchange Co., Ltd. The islanders spoke highly of the thriving development of Smarter Energy.

Zhou Dongjiao Makes a Keynote Speech

　　During the discussion, the islanders listened to a keynote speech named “Passing on the Culture of Harmony and Flexibility, Forging an Intelligent Far East” made by Zhou Dongjiao to get a comprehensive understanding of Far East’s organization structure, ideas of development and corporate culture. All the islanders praised the Far East’s ideas of “regarding harmony as the basis and flexibility as the strategy” and “culture of harmony and flexibility”.
