According to the announcement, Smarter Energy centered on the strategic positioning of "Smarter energy and Smarter city system service provider" performs transformation and upgrading development, and is dedicated to research and development, manufacturing and sales of Smarter energy and Smarter city technologies, products and their services as well as Internet and Internet of Things-based applications; Smarter energy and Smarter city project planning and design, investment construction and energy efficiency management and services; Smarter energy and Smarter city project general contracting and so on. Smarter Energy is also actively building "energy Internet and Internet +" two platforms, and breaks through Smarter energy and Smarter city industrial chains on both domestic and international markets by means of online + offline.
A significant increase in net profits benefited from the implementation of the company’s strategic transformation, connected full industry chain and multi-business performance contribution. The company is gradually building up a closed energy Internet ring through a series of acquisition and investments; through building an online global electrical vertical e-business platform, Far East Trading Pay Network continues to keep steady and fast development, with operating income of RMB 1,380,892,100 achieved, a year-on-year growth rate of 137.27% and net profit of RMB 23,782,700 achieved, a year-on-year growth rate of 34.85%. Of which: the quantity of Cable Network views was more than 3 million person-trips, a year-on-year growth rate of 60.26%; the operating income of the Trading Pay Network was RMB 1,375,160,000, a year-on-year growth rate of 137.95%, and the number of added Maimaitong members was 218; the operating income of Materials Exchange was RMB 4.74 million, a year-on-year growth rate of 62.05%, and the trading volume rose by 80.28%. In terms of international business, the effects of global functional chain layout began to emerge, and the overseas operating income grew 74.2% during the reporting period. It is worth mentioning that the sales costs declined significantly, down RMB 31,374,100 by means of cost control, reducing cost and increasing efficiency throughout the company during the reporting period.

It was reported that Forster Group acquired this time is a leading enterprise in the lithium-ion battery industry, and is 18650 lithium ion battery production enterprise with the largest production scale at home, second only to Samsung and Panasonic in the world.
