Far East Is Selected into the First Batch of “Wuxi Talents-oriented Enterprises” Demonstration List

    On Sep. 21, the “HTH Project” for everlasting enterprises of Wuxi’s young entrepreneurs was officially launched. Ten enterprises including Far East Holding Group were awarded as the first batch of demonstration sites of “Wuxi Talents-oriented Enterprises”. Zhou Ying, a member of Wuxi Municipal Standing Committee and Minister of Wuxi Municipal Organization Department, Chen Derong, a member of Wuxi Municipal Standing Committee and Director of United Front Work Department of Wuxi, and Qian Wenqin, Vice Minister of the United Front Work Department of Wuxi Municipal Committee and Secretary of Wuxi Federation of Industry and Commerce, attended the opening ceremony. Zhou Dongjiao, an investor, CHO of the Group, and Executive Headmaster of Far East University, attended the ceremony and received the award on behalf of the company.

    It is reported that the project will establish training platforms and bases according to different enterprises and industries, to help the young entrepreneurs of Wuxi to broaden horizons and minds; besides, it will establish public service platforms of socials and connections for entrepreneurs relying on industrial associations and chambers of commerce, to promote the joint cooperation and development of each other.

    Talents are the core capital for enterprises. Far East adheres to the employment mechanism of “seeking, using, cultivating, keeping and eliminating”, call on managers to spend at least one third of time in "seeking talent, cultivating talent, and utilizing talent”, and initiates “six standards” (education background, experience, capability, connection, thinking and character) when selecting talents; it also leans more resources to employees with good performance and morality to create core teams, and advocates business partnership mechanism as well as the Incentive System for Core Employees of Long-term Increasing Stock of Smarter Energy, realizing “six incentives”—money, training, position, opportunity, honor, and accommodation for employees.

    A learning enterprise is a promising enterprise, a learning country is a promising country, and a learning organization is also a cultural foundation in the Far East. Far East University was founded in 2010, developed based on the talent cultivation plan of "academic, profession, career", and committed to "respect people, cultivate people, support people", providing employees with systematic learning platform, cultivating more international and professional talent team for the enterprise development, and going after a win-win result for enterprise and employees.

    Under the background of globalization and Internet + environment in the 21st century, human resource has become the most transformative and innovative key factor in the operation and development of enterprises. The new generation of entrepreneurs are bearing heavy responsibilities because that, on the one hand they need to inherit their own careers, on the other hand, they shall inherit and carry forward the spirit of Wuxi entrepreneurs, to strengthen enterprises with talents, stimulate new vitality of Wuxi’s economic development, and realize the co-frequency resonance of enterprise development and regional economic.
