Jiang Xipei Shares His Insights on Entrepreneurial Spirit Upheld by the Central Government

    On September 26, the Presidium Meeting of Jiangsu ZHisland was held in JSTI Group. The meeting was attended by the Chairman of the Presidium of Jiangsu ZHisland, Jiang Xipei, Founder, Chairman of the Board as well as Secretary of the Party Committee of Far East Holding Group Co., Ltd. and members of the Presidium of Jiangsu ZHisland. They exchanged their views on the development of Jiangsu ZHisland and how, under the influence of the “new normal” of Chinese economy, the development of industrial entities can be boosted by taking full advantage of the financial instruments.

    At the conference, Jiang Xipei made a brief summary about the work Jiangsu ZHisland has done and its future development. He pointed out that ZHisland is a platform where all entrepreneurs, bonded by shared value, ideology, culture, etc., can exchange their valuable resources and work as a team. The platform facilitates the sharing of different ideas which in turn serve as a source of inspiration. As long as we march forward with devotion, perseverance, confidence and we are sure to reap benefits from it.

Jiang Xipei Delivers a Speech at the Conference

    “On September 25, the Xinhua News Agency released the Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Fostering a Healthy Environment for the Growth of Entrepreneurs, Promoting Entrepreneurial Spirit and Bringing into Full Play Entrepreneurs’ Role (hereinafter referred to as the Opinions). The Opinions, the first jointly issued document concerning entrepreneurship in the name of “the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council”, highlighted the role of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial spirit. This is definitely a welcome news for entrepreneurs with ambitions and dreams.” added Mr. Jiang.

    The Opinions expounded the core of the entrepreneurial spirit of the new era with “Three Promotions” which resonated with entrepreneurs from all fields and generated heated discussion.

    Jiang Xipei engaged himself in the discussion of entrepreneurial spirit with elite entrepreneurs, senior government officers and scholars like Wang Jianglin, Liu Chuanzhi, Wang Shi, Dong Mingzhu, etc. at the 15th China Entrepreneur Summit organized by China Entrepreneur back in December 2016. He also explained his own understanding of the entrepreneurial spirit when he was at the “Entrepreneurial Spirit under Supply-side Structural Reform” forum.

    “Entrepreneurs are the backbones of a nation, that’s why they shall never drift away from the intrinsic spirit like entrepreneurship, innovation, advancing to excellence, creating wealth, creating happiness, integrity, sharing, etc. The world is changing as ever, so the entrepreneurs must exercise strategic transformation timely in a bid to keep pace with the time. Apart from bringing benefits to the current generation, the entrepreneurs shall also build a favorable environment for the next generation so that they are recognized and respected by the society.” said Mr. Jiang.

    At the conference, Jiang Xipei shared his thoughts on the key points of the Opinions with all entrepreneurs. He believed that the issuance of the Opinions will reinvigorate the entrepreneurial spirit and the spirit of conscientiousness. It also helps to foster a nurturing environment in which all entrepreneurs could thrive and more material and spiritual wealth could be created in order to maintain sustainable growth of our society.

    He also acknowledged that our economy is still in the aftershock of financial crisis and is currently plagued by transformation problems. But, they can still make major breakthroughs as long as they forge ahead in line with national development trend.

    At the conference, Huang Lilu, President of ZHislan, reviewed the work of ZHisland. Zhang Jun, Vice President and General Manager of the Financial Department of ZHisland, and Shen Xiguo, Executive Chairman of Jiangsu ZHisland, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the Jiangsu Branch of China Great Wall Asset Management Co., Ltd., shared their views on the integration of industry and finance. The conference also reviewed and discussed the preparation for the 4th anniversary of Jiangsu ZHisland, work plan of Jiangsu ZHisland, etc.
