(hereinafter referred to as “Les Information”) jointly held a signing ceremony for the air traffic control (ATC) engineering project of Zambian Ndola International Airport. According to the strategic cooperation framework agreement signed this time, the two parties will complement each other's advantages through the powerful alliance, and jointly promote the continuous development of each other in the field of civil aviation, to show the world the rapid development of China's ATC technology and the rise of China's creative power.

Wang Zhigang introduced at the symposium that Les Information was one of the high-tech backbone enterprises under CETC 28th. As a major R & D institution for localization of ATC systems of civil aviation in China, Les Information has been devoted to the informatization technical research and new product development of ATC of Chinese civil aviation since the 1970s, to provide serialized ATC products and complete sets of technical solutions for high-quality and safe ATC operation management of Chinese civil aviation. Its domestic ATC systems hold the largest market share in China. In the meantime, Les Information is actively committed to internationalization, widely recognized in the industry.

Xiao Gongchang denoted that the cooperation between Les Information and Jinghangan were based on common values and development vision for the future, and it was believed that the cooperation in the later stage would be smoother. He mentioned three strategic transformations after joining Smarter Energy: transferring from a specialized contractor to a general contractor of airports, from a subcontractor to an independent contractor of foreign airports, and from an airport engineering constructor to a smart airport service provider covering the whole industry chain of product manufacturing, engineering construction and operation & management. Jinghangan and Smarter Energy are looking forward to marching forward to the general aviation industry of civil-military integration with Les Information and CETC 28th, and carrying out in-depth cooperation in the field of smart city and intelligent transportation.

Zhou Meizhen mentioned in her speech that CETC 28th was actively expanding the market and seeking development focusing on the requirements proposed in the report of the 19th CPC National Congress, and the transformation idea of “a civil-military integrated medium- and high-end technology-based equipment manufacturer based on military industry”. Regarding civilian products, the diversified strategic structure mainly containing five major areas (ATC, intelligent transportation, commanding communication, e-government affairs, and square cabins & special vehicles) has been basically formed. CETC 28th will find more opportunities for cooperation with Smart Energy in smart city construction, intelligent transportation and other fields.
