    Jiang Xipei reported to the leaders from Qinghai Regulatory Bureau operation, management and strategic layout of Smarter Energy in details. He pointed out that the enterprise development shall comply with national industrial policies and be supplemented by corresponding technical support. He thought that the "Internet Plus" would play a core role in innovating and strengthening the nation in the "13th Five-Year Plan", and fast-developing IOT, cloud computing and big data, and other new technologies, ideas and modes would also play a "revolutionary" role in traditional industries, finance and economy. During the exchange, Jiang Xipei also mentioned that Far East Holding Group was also taking an active part in the implementation of the plan of developing 1,000 nationwide distinctive towns issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of PRC, the National Development and Reform Commission of PRC, and the Ministry of Finance of PRC, to make due contributions to the development of smart towns and smart cities. He mentioned that state-owned holding enterprises of the composite-ownership system had recently carried out pilot work of the employee stock ownership plan, and Far East Holding Group had taken a lead in numerous state-owned enterprises in respect of the implementation of the employee stock ownership incentive plan. He hoped that Far East Holding Group could achieve transformation development of Smart Energy by virtue of its own core competition advantages.
