    In the evening of September 6, Smarter Energy (600869) announced that President Jiang Chengzhi bought in 503,600 shares of the Company in total via trading system of Shanghai Stock Exchange on September 2. The average price of such shares is about RMB 9.23, and the aggregate amount is RMB 4,648,366.
