    In order to optimize the structure of education background and professional title, comprehensively implement the “excellent employees oriented” philosophy and improve effectiveness of management, the lecture on obtaining qualification certificate & the kick-off meeting on further education was held in Far East University and attended by all middle and senior managers at the seat of the group on September 28.

    Meng Xiangbo, director of Human Resource Department of Far East Smarter Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Smart Energy; stock code: 600869), interpreted and publicized Evaluation and Employment System of Professional Title and Qualifications. Meanwhile, Ji Bobo, vice director of the Division of Professionals Administration of Yixing Human Resources and Social Security Bureau was invited to give a special lecture and answered questions about evaluation and employment of professional title.

    At the subsequent kick-off meeting on further education, Zhu Changbiao, an investor, vice general manager of Smarter Energy and also chief production office of cable industry introduced the background and the mode of cultivation and development about the study project in detail. In order to achieve the group’s strategic objective by 2020, a high-quality team is needed. The objective also requires the group to achieve whole-staff improvement and all-round upgrading and all managers to strengthen collaboration, give individual strength into full play and improve teamwork based on identifying value culture, operation concept and management policies of the enterprise. Therefore, the company will select a batch of excellent employees having high cultural identity for further education every year. 5% of directors, supervisors, senior managers, persons in charge of branches and senior professionals will participate in suitable courses like EMBA. 1% of middle-level leaders and middle professions will participate in suitable courses like MBA so as to further improve the comprehensive quality of management team and enhance effectiveness of management.

    Eighteen middle and senior management personnel from such departments as marketing, finance, human resource, production and R&D will be the first batch of employees to receive further education from famous universities and business colleges such as Peking University, Nanjing University and Xiamen University. Some employee representatives shared their stories. They reviewed their development in Far East and thanked cultivation and companion of Far East. They believed that they would benefit a lot from the further education and make a contribution to the 100-billion objective of Far East.
