    Relay 100, the Symposium of Graduates and Marketing Undergraduates Phase II was held in the Harmony School of Far East University on October 13. This Symposium is designed to learn in depth the basic situation of “Relay 100” trainees after entry, effectively help them out of learning, living and working difficulties, deepen their recognition of “harmonious and smart” culture and enhance their sense of belonging. Attending the Symposium were Wang Chuanbin, investor, senior vice president & cable industry Chief Technology Officer, Chief Quality Officer of Far East Smarter Energy Co., Ltd. (referred to as Smarter Energy, stock code 600869); Zhu Changbiao, investor, deputy general manager & cable industry Chief Production Officer of Smarter Energy; Wan Jun, Smarter Energy CFO; Wang Xiaoqiang, senior director of Smarter Energy & deputy general manager of Far East Trading Pay Network Co., Ltd. (referred to as Trading Pay Network); Mei Tingdi, investor, Smarter Energy senior adviser; Tan Aimin, director of President Work Department of Far East Holding Group; Meng Xiangbo, director of Smarter Energy Human Resources Department; Huang Yueqin, investor, assistant manager of Far East Property Industrial Park Property Department, Wuxi Far East Property Management Co., Ltd.

    Zhu Changbiao presided over the symposium and expressed the attention and care of the company leaders at all levels for Relay 100 trainees, shared his work experience in Far East, encouraged the trainees to take the initiative to identify problems, provide timely feedback and communicate with leaders, and participate in the work and realize their value by making recommendations. Zhu said that the company is currently in a critical period of strategic transformation. There is a great need of management and technical talents from strategic positioning to the realization of goals. Through long-term unremitting efforts, all of the present trainees will become the backbone of the company.

    Wang Chuanbin came up with the “Three Steps” (choice, recognition and adaptation) recommendation and hope for Relay 100 trainees. He hoped that on this basis, trainees would develop effective plans, actively communicate and provide timely feedback of difficulties while implementing these plans, and take advantage of company resources for personal development. Wan Jun introduced the company's training program for financial specialists, that is, to combine Relay 100 project and financial specialist training program to enhance the operational capability of financial specialists in an all-round way. Leaders of production, administration, human resources and property chain answered questions concerning institutional processes, performance compensation, property services and other issues.


The Present Leaders Answer Questions from the Trainees

    It is learnt that the company will organize symposium on a quarterly basis for the Relay 100 project. At this symposium, there were a total of 16 trainees from all sectors and chains raised questions concerning system management, work planning and corporate welfare to relevant leaders and got answers. The trainees said that in the future, they would give play to their advantages in practices at their positions and grow with Far East.
