    To help new cadres identify with culture and management ideas of Far East and master key management ability, thus accomplished the successful transform of “managing self” to “managing others”. From October 11 to 15, the Far East University organized the 2016 new cadres training course. The cadres of group and subsidiaries who were newly promoted since January 1, 2015 attended the training.

    On October 11, quality-extended training was carried out at new Far East. Students deepened understanding of each other in the training. Centripetal force and cohesive force of team were strengthened and team was meltedin the training. Students would never give up to be the elites of Far East group.

    From October 12 to 14, courses such as enterprise culture, smart energy strategy explanation, management logic of Far East system, human resource management, financial management and role recognition of managers were carried out at knowledge school of Far East University. Jiang Chengzhi, the president of Far East Smarter Energy Co., Ltd. (Smarter Energy; stock code: 600869), Guan Wanjun, the CFO of FESE, Meng Xiangbo, the human resource director, Liu Xiao, the director of audit and settlement department and Dai Dajun, the assistant director of general manager service department were specially invited to give lessons. At the same time, Fan Hua, the former production manager of Huawei was invited to describe management ideas of Huawei. On October 15, students had interaction and share on training courses and their own best management experience.
