Zhou Dongjiao Talks about Layout, Human Wisdom and Mind-Training

    The Ninth World Business Ethics Forum (Shanghai) and V Millennium Grand Ceremony was successfully held recently. Zhou Dongjiao, investor, chief human resources officer of Far East Holding Group and executive headmaster of Far East University, Sri Gopal Krishna Goswami, inheriting leader of Indian traditional culture of 5,000 years, ideologist and bhakti yoga saint, Mao Zhongqun, chairman and CEO of Ningbo FOTILE Kitchen Appliance Co., Ltd., Jin Hui, founder of Shandong Ruyuan Culture Group, and president of Confucius Institute, and Yang Chuan, vice president of Bosch (China) Investment Co., Ltd. and other participants from Fortune Global 500, top 500 Chinese enterprises and benchmarking enterprises gathered together to share their actual cases in great detail and inspire profound humanistic wisdom.

    This forum focused on the question that, in such an era of full awakening of humanistic spirit, how do enterprises activate internal vital energy and innovative thinking from the source with sense of historical mission and humanistic spirit? How to get rid of the cage of limit and myopia in excessive commercial competition?

    Zhang Zhecheng, secretary-general of the Forum read the address letter specially written by Mrs. Beatrice Kaldun, representative of UNESCO National Offices for Bangladesh as a deputy at the opening ceremony. She wrote in the letter: for increasing participation on global stage, China needs to pay more attention to emerging global ethical challenges; the globalization not only means more transactions, but also means that we are getting more understanding of each other; if we only focus on economy but neglect social value, mortgaging the future to short-term interests, then whether it is a country, an enterprise or an individual, none of them could obtain full and positive development.

    Ms. Zhou Dongjiao started from the To Conscience A Letter Home written by Mr. Jiang Xipei, founder, chairman of the board and party secretary of Far East Holding Group Co., Ltd., she said,” I witnessed Mr. Jiang Xipei to get through numerous hardships and frustration, which is just accordance with the sentence of ‘enduring the unusual hardships so that you can enjoy the abundant fortune; baring the supernormal responsibilities so that you can deserve the supreme honor!’” Heroes always have great hardships, and hardships are just practices. Life is like a graver; if you want to achieve a great success, you must go through tribulations and take challenges; the more you suffer, the more delicate your life is; let the destiny shape a dignified life and a valued organization. The process of enlightenment is irreplaceable.

    She quoted the idea of Liang Shuming, the contemporary Master of Chinese Studies,” human are facing three great problems which could not be disordered. First one is the problem between human and property, next one is the problem within human beings, and the last one definitely is the problem between human and their own hearts.     She said frankly: the learning of brand management and human resource stays on the level of technology; only after the learning of psychology, especially Chinese traditional culture, you can improve to the level of Tao; Chinese traditional culture is a psychology with more connotations and benefits people as well as enterprise for a lifetime. “What is the most powerful energy in the world? It is our thinking. A thinking brings a long journey of mountains and rivers, and another thinking brings great changes to the world; there is a thin line between Paradise and Hell, Buddha and Demon.” So Zhou Dongjiao thought that entrepreneur improves his disposition is to improve his thinking.

    Finally, she led all participants on site for an energy reading, influencing them with her own actions, and delivering positive energy of reading and thinking.
